What we hold to
Guests are membership growth, not hospitality
A guest record persists from the first visit. When that guest joins, the same record becomes the member’s, so the programs they attended and the credits they earned stay with them instead of starting from nothing.
The board can see the community, not just the roll
Guest registrations, visits and conversions land in the same records the engagement ladder reads from, so growth is a measurement rather than a hope.
Your chapter’s records stay your chapter’s
Every chapter on myChap is kept separate from the others. Someone who belongs to two chapters holds separate access in each, and neither board can see the other’s members, money or minutes. Member data is never sold or used for advertising.
